Pictures
Ok. So it has been previously established that I am not a good blogger. But I have posted new pictures to the Photo Gallery. 2 new albums. One from Custer State Park and the other "Lots of Pictures" are various pictures of Kaiden that I have not posted. They are not sorted into individual albums, because I don't have time for that. If you want to see pictures you can't be picky.

The World's Worst Blogger
It's official. I may be the world's worst blogger. I see I haven't updated anything since the 25th of April. Pathetic. Maybe if Kaiden would give me a minute every now and again to try and get something done, I could update more. He's so selfish. Everything is me, me, me. Now, now, now.
But anyway, here's a quick update on everything that has gone on in the last month and a half:
Dan graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University on May 8th and we took a road trip to Marshall to watch the proceedings. Our first road trip as a new family. Quite a feat. It only took us an hour longer than usual. He'll have to learn early to learn how to ride we me.
The day after, we had Kaiden's baptism in Zumbrota. It was easier to travel to where the rest of the family was rather than make the family come to us. I guess. We had a great day for early May. Not too cool, sunny and pleasant. It was nice because it was the first time many family members got to meet Kaiden since we live too far away for anyone to travel. But I digress.
Memorial Day weekend we were graced with the presence of Bob, Emily, Landon, Ben and Katelyn who came out to visit for the weekend. We had a great time going to Old McDonald's Farm, Reptile Gardens, Bear Country, Mount Rushmore, Story Book Island and just having some relaxing time together.
That's been it for the fun events. Nothing else going on but to go to work, come home and work some more. Kaiden's been pretty good, he sleeps primarily through the night, only getting up once or twice usually. I don't know, maybe it's more but I sleep. There are some days I wish he would sleep more so I could actually do something. Geez, never thought I'd miss the jaundice days where he would sleep for hours on end. But it is what it is, otherwise he's been doing very well. He is beginning to smile and laugh more, so it has been exciting.

So I guess its been a long time since I've posted anything. I will upload pictures of Kaiden when I get the chance, hopefully soon. But for now, I thought I would post something about the past weekend at our house. These pictures are the street in front of our house. Normally a quite street, but this Saturday was Prom Saturday and all the high school kids like to take their pictures at the Chapel in the Hills which is located just up the hill and around the corner from our house. So when we came home from shopping, we came home to this. It took a while to navigate through to get back to our driveway, and its a good thing that everyone respected that it was not a public parking space.

Change of plans
Well, plans changed a little bit. On Wednesday we thought that Luanna would be induced on the scheduled due date Friday April 16th. But the hospital called today and were expecting her this morning. So instead we'll go tomorrow. Something that we haev waited 9 months for got sped up a week and we could not be happier. Granted it made for a frantic afternoon, going from assuming we had another week to try and get everything ready, wrap up work projects, and so on. But things are what they are. We are very excited. As soon as we are able, we will post some pictures of Kaiden up here and possibly some videos.

Welcome to our Blog!
Hello!
Welcome to our blog. This is our first attempt at posting online, so things might be a little rough at the beginning but things should get better as we go along. Bear with us.
We are down to 22 days until Kaiden is scheduled to arrive. The baby room is ready so all we're doing is sitting around and waiting. Hopefully soon.
